Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Customers have to purchase product or beauty care service in order to become member.

2. Annual accumulated consumption amount includes customer spending at Sulwhasoo's official online store, boutiques, counters, Sulwhasoo SPA, and Beauty Lounge, calculated from January 1st to December 31st each year.

3. Basic, Jade, and Amber members can enjoy a one-time double points shopping privilege (including all regular products and promotional sets) during their birthday month; Gold members can enjoy unlimited double points shopping privilege (including all regular products and promotional sets) during their birthday month.

4. All gifts are limited in quantity, available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

5. New product and limited product previews and pre-sales will be held from time to time; for details, please refer to the member communications.

6. Basic membership is valid for one year, while Jade, Amber, and Gold memberships are valid until December 31st of the following year.

7. In case of any dispute, Sulwhasoo reserves the right to make the final decision.

Product Points Reward Terms and Conditions

1. The current product points rewards program is effective from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. Customers become members by purchasing any product or beauty care service. Members can earn 1 product point for every net spending of HK$10, and accumulated points can be redeemed for gifts, including all products and product vouchers.

2. The validity of points for existing members expires on December 31 of each year, while the validity of points for new members in 2024 expires on December 31 of the following year. Points that have expired will automatically become invalid on January 1, 2025.

3. Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

4. Points are for member's personal use only; members must present either i) a logged-in page of the Sulwhasoo mobile app or ii) an identity document (such as a credit card) to verify identity when using points.

5. If a member requests a product refund, the relevant product points will be deducted from the member's account. The product redeemed must be returned along with the refunded product.

6. Each person is limited to redeeming a maximum of 6 pieces of the same gift; for the same limited/limited edition product, a maximum of 2 pieces can be redeemed.

7. If the original gift is out of stock, Sulwhasoo will replace it with another gift without further notice.

8. The product cash vouchers obtained through redemption are valid for 3 months and only applicable for purchasing regular-priced products.

9. The quantity of gifts available for redemption with product points is limited and available until stock lasts. Products or beauty care services redeemed are not eligible for return or exchange.

10. Gold and Amber members can use 1 product point as HK$1 equivalent to exchange for any regular-priced products (excluding promotional sets and limited edition products) and beauty treatments. Products and beauty treatments exchanged can only be redeemed with points, cannot combine with cash to make up the price difference.

11. Beauty care services redeemed are available at designated Sulwhasoo stores, Sulwhasoo Beauty Lounge, and Sulwhasoo SPA (beauty treatment privileges for male members are only available at Beauty Lounge).

12. Beauty care services redeemed with product points are only available for enjoyment from Monday to Friday (not applicable for enjoyment on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

13. Beauty care services redeemed are for member's personal use only and cannot be transferred.

14. Beauty care services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. If you need to change or cancel a booking, please call to notify at least 24 hours before the appointment time, or the product points will be automatically deducted without reissue. If unable to arrive on time, the treatment time will be shortened.

15. Product points rewards redemption and other free gift redemptions are only applicable at Sulwhasoo stores, counters, Sulwhasoo SPA, and Beauty Lounge in Hong Kong and Macau.

16. In case of any dispute, Sulwhasoo reserves the right to make the final decision.
